Manga is the Japanese word for comics (sometimes called komikku) and print cartoons. In their modern form, manga date from shortly after World War II but have a long, complex history in earlier Japanese art.
The word manga is used all over the world for Japanese comics.

Publishers houses that are publishing mangas are:
Tokyopop (USA)
Egmnot (Germany and Austria)
Učila (Slovenia)

For other countries I don't know.

Yeah you got that right man Some mangas that come to europe are sometimes censored and little changed then the original japanese versions as anime also.

i read Princess Ai I read it because it was the first manga in my language so i bought it.
well the story is good but i think is too amrican the drawing is very well. The translation sux and it is quite expensive.

The last manga i read that i liked very much is MPD-Psycho Volume 1
It is a dark,horror manga with absurd twists and sci-fi touches

heres plot sample : In MPD-Psycho Volume One, police detective Kobayashi Yousuke's life is changed forever after a serial killer notices something "special" about him. That same killer mutilates Kobayashi's wife and kick-starts a "multiple personality battle" within Kobayashi that pushes him into a complex tempest of interconnected deviants and evil forces.
I realy liked this manga for its unsuspecting events and a dark story. =)

well if anyone else would join here it would be great!
